My Signature Deep Tissue/Sports Massage combines comprehensive deep tissue, slow myofascial and Swedish strokes for an integrated massage with profound results! Trigger point therapy, muscle activation techniques, FST™ stretching, cupping and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) may be used. 

This massage addresses your specific concerns, focusing on decreasing tension, pain and musculoskeletal imbalance. My clients consistently report significant improvements in posture, performance, mobility, and pain/symptom management.

Exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications may be recommended to get the most out of our soft-tissue work.

pregnancy massage

Pregnancy massage addresses the special needs of expecting and postpartum women. Prenatal clients (typically 12+ weeks along) seek massage for relaxation, stress-reduction, and relief from the aches and pains of a changing body. A specially-designed maternity cushion allows her to comfortably lie prone. This and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Postpartum massage focuses on care for moms within the first 12 weeks after delivery.

Motor Vehicle accident (MVA) Massage

Massage received post-MVA has been shown to reduce musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, promote proper healing and aid in calming the traumatized brain and body. MVA clients are typically under a doctor’s care and must have a referral for massage. They may be simultaneously participating in Physical Therapy or receiving other medical care. This massage is billed to the car insurance provider at the current rate per unit (4 units per hour)
